You live. You learn. You grow.
This is the endless cycle of human life. There are so many amazing things that you can do in your lifetime. You take on many roles and each role in life teaches you a little bit about yourself.
You’re supposed to make mistakes. You’re supposed to mess up. If you didn’t, then you would never be able to learn wrong from right, or what is good or bad for your wellbeing.
You need to be able to grow in life or else you’re going to be stuck in the same place. Challenge yourself. Push yourself to try new things and develop a sense of what you want out of your life. Who do you want to be? Who do you want to be with? What do you want?
Always ask yourself what you want. You have a purpose in life and your goal is to be able to achieve that purpose and live it. Not all people know exactly how to do this, but if they try hard enough then they are able to find themselves and achieve their goal.
Sometimes it takes great leaps of faith to really find yourself, or what you want. And that’s okay! Everyone finds themselves when the time is right because that’s what makes the most sense to them. They will understand what the message is.
All you need to know that everything is going to be okay in the end. Struggle makes you strong, yes, but you need to learn to let go of everything that has happened to you. Victim consciousness. You don’t want to think of yourself as the victim forever. You want your life to be bright and light and you want to be able to embrace those around you with the love that you have received. You’re human. You need to love.
A great way to find yourself is to practice mindfulness. Be aware of what your problems are and work on them. Embrace and love yourself. Always.
I have participated in the brain-based holistic training that the IBREA Foundation has to offer and it has greatly helped me uncover myself and my true potential. When I first started working here, I was lost, but now I am found. I can see what I want and now it’s just trying to find a way to get there. I will keep training and keep focusing on myself so that I can better help the world.
It begins with one person. If you can help yourself, then you are more than able to help those around you. World Peace is attainable. Don’t give up. Never give up.
If you would like to participate in a program to help yourself, then join us this August for the World Peace Leadership program. For more information, please visit our website!
